Calm and quietly spoken Khun Nun is 360's Beverage Manager, his natural charm and warmness to guests is living proof of Thai peoples amazing nature. Khun Nun has previously lived the temple life of an ordained monk, he now quietly meditates each morning and evening to enrich his life. Few people know that he also has a wild streak having won the National Thailand Cocktail championships. So rest assured your drink selections are in very good hands.

Ginger and lemongrass - An unusual but delicious blend of lemon grass syrup, ginger, vodka and Sake.

Passion fruit Margarita - A wonderful citrus delight of passion fruit, lemon, tequila and triple sec

Coconut Malibu - A tropical favourite, fresh young coconut, lime leaf, gin and Malibu

Chilli Moon - A definite Thai influence of lime, vodka, triple sec and garnish of hot chilli

The dining menu is designed by Food manager and Chef Aurelio Petraglia, who developed his love and enjoyment of food in his native town of Toronto, Canada. His globe trotting and Island hopping lifestyle in search of new gastronomic skills have taken him from Canada to France. Bahrain, Dubai, Samui and Phuket, yet he is still only 35 yrs old. His passion for delighting his guests with delicious and quality food selections is obvious. His face beams and hands gesticulate as he describes the wonderful fresh food available in Phuket. Your dining experience will be outstanding as Aurelio takes charge of your selections.

The fabulous menu features popular Thai and International dishes as well as mouth watering Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with special care. Chef Aurelio wants your dining experience to be special and a taste to remember.

If you need a light snack to accompany your cocktails why not try the Samosas with mango chutney, the Lamb Kebabs with cucumber sauce, Thai marinated chicken wings with ginger and lemon grass sweet chilli sauce or a delicious plate of pork ribs braised in smoked chilli BBQ sauce.

For a larger serve try the white snapper in hot basil sauce, local sole with roast garlic and ratatouille vegetables or a tenderloin of Australian Angus beef in red wine sauce. For something Thai, you can't beat the Phat Thai or Green chicken curry, but if that's not tempting enough there is still Pasta and tasty selection of Mediterranean influenced dishes.
